Hi, I’m Jen.

Jen was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, gaining a lifelong appreciation for nature, community, and travel. Early experiences joining her parents on ski trips to Colorado fostered a deep appreciation for its grand mountains, 300+ days of sun, and healthy lifestyle, influencing her decision to attend the University of Colorado in Boulder. Jen pursued CU’s Spanish Business program, including an international study abroad component in Seville, Spain.

After graduating, Jen embarked on a career at the Leeds School of Business at CU-Boulder, specializing in academic fundraising and alumni & donor relations. This role provided a foundation for her subsequent 20-year career in commercial real estate, serving a diverse client base ranging from institutional ownerships to private investors across the Denver and Washington, D.C. markets.

During holiday breaks, Jen regularly traveled to beach destinations; from her first visit to Los Cabos, she was certain this would be her future home. Jen was spell bound by the area’s remarkable landscapes, reminiscent of Colorado’s high mesas and enhanced by the magic of the ocean. The region’s relaxed lifestyle, vibrant culture, welcoming community, and exquisite cuisine inspired her to obtain Mexican residency. She has driven the Baja peninsula multiple times, offering valuable insights into relocating to this unique region.
